The challenge
Great schools.
Almost invisible.
Garden Montessori had the reputation, the campuses, and the families who loved them. What they didn't have was a way for new parents to find or reach them. When we came in at the end of 2024, the whole operation still ran on paper and email.
- ✕No websites for the five campuses
- ✕No CRM, so every lead lived in an inbox
- ✕No online way to book a tour
- ✕Barely any presence on Google
- ✕No reliable follow-up when inquiries came in
A day across the campuses
What we built & run
A full marketing engine, end to end.
Not one campaign. The whole system, built, connected, and run for them every month.
A site built to fill tours
A fast website with campus pages and tour-booking, contact, and waitlist forms, all flowing into one place.
One CRM across every campus
GoHighLevel as the backbone: a dedicated pipeline per campus, automated follow-up, and lead routing so nothing slips.
An always-on content engine
Local SEO for each campus plus a steady stream of articles answering the exact questions Houston parents search for.
Search & Maps, tuned for tours
High-intent Google Search and Google Maps campaigns per campus, optimized for booked tours, not vanity clicks.
Scroll-stopping paid social
Feed, Stories, and Reels campaigns, fueled by an on-campus photo and video shoot we produced for them.
Nurture, plus clear numbers
Automated email nurture for new inquiries, and a plain-English performance report every single month.
How it rolled out
Foundation first. Then we turned on demand.
Foundation
Websites + CRM + booking, live for every campus.
Organic
SEO and content to earn the search results.
Paid intent
Google Search & Maps to capture ready-to-tour parents.
Social
Meta ads and fresh creative to build demand.
The results
From nearly invisible to a 13× year.
We came in at the end of 2024. That year the old site drew about 1,200 visitors. We rebuilt the sites, wired every inquiry into one CRM, and started publishing SEO blog posts daily. In 2025 the site pulled 16,000 visitors and 56,000 views. And in the first six months of 2026 it has already pulled another 16,000, matching all of last year in half the time.
The growth, from Google Analytics
The numbers, straight from the source.
Not our dashboard. Theirs. Here is Garden Montessori's own Google Analytics, year by year.

Before us. About 1,200 visitors the whole year, and even that only after we came on at year end.

The breakout. 16K visitors and 56K views in a single year, up more than 1,000%.

Six months in, and already 16K visitors. All of 2025, matched in half the time.

How families found them
SEO did the heavy lifting.
The engine was content. We published keyword-targeted blog posts every day, and organic Google search became the single biggest way families found the schools, bigger than every other channel combined. Paid ads added a focused, high-intent stream on top.

The leads
All that traffic became 300+ new-family inquiries.
Every inquiry lands in one CRM, tagged by where it came from. Most arrived the way you want them to, through booked tours and direct outreach off the back of the organic traffic, not paid clicks.

Paid advertising
Then we poured fuel on it.
On top of the organic engine, Google and Meta ads add a high-intent stream in 2026. Here is exactly what we spent and what it returned.
Google Search
2026$11,500 into Google Search: 61,900 impressions and 3,610 high-intent clicks at $3.18 each, all feeding straight into the CRM. And because tuition recurs at $1,500 to $1,800 a month per child, one family that enrolls pays back the whole spend in months, then keeps paying. Source: Google Ads, 2026.
Meta: Lead Gen
Since June 2026 · live nowAbout six weeks in and already 12 leads at roughly $44 each, on clicks under 60 cents. Cheaper leads than search, and still ramping. Source: Meta Ads, live, 2026.
